YAMAHA / BB1200
Founded in 1887, the top brand YAMAHA has been established in 1897 and has a history of more than 100 years.
From the SB series that feels the weight of history that has long been supported from the change in body shape, the newly added Broad Bass series is the purpose of the 70's, separate from the direction of imagining the consistent Jazz Bass of the SB series. Precision base sound -oriented BB series released from around the second half. The SB base ended production in 1982, and will be engraved as a representative work of YAMAHA.
This model is a BB series flagship model BB1200 produced from '77 to '83
The initial BB series started with 3 models of 800/1000 with bolt -on specifications and 1200 specifications of through neck.
A large feature is mounted on the pickup of the split type with a reverse layout, pushing the low range tightness and the thickness and softness of the high range.
In addition, this model BB1200 is one side that is more popular than 2000 as a model that uses Paul McCartney.
The neck and electrical system have been adjusted firmly in our repairman and good
