Here for sale 1949 Gibson L-48 in Sunburst. A great sounding archtop from the early years of Gibson. It plays and sounds great. This one has a nice middle range. Well-played and loved instrument, and it's been in good condition for its age with no breaks or repairs. It features a mahogany top, maple back, mahogany sides, single bound, dot fingerboard inlays on a nicely figured Brazilian fingerboard, a trapeze tailpiece, and a rosewood bridge. It comes with a newer hard case.
