Handwood Guitars / Blondie - Esquire Telecaster / 2014 / Natural Blond / Guitar

Blondie - Esquire Telecaster - Back to roots !

Blondie, a beautiful Esquire Tele made of the same wood with which Leo Fender built his first Tele: Yellow Pine. It 'a particular wood, both for the physical characteristics that for processing. Not being very compact, but constituted by a sort of natural "wafer", requires a greater care during the various working phases, always respecting the direction of the grain, worth creating deep cracks and chipping. At the traditional esquire wiring I paired a wilkinson bridge with calibrated brass saddles for better tuning. A Spartan character that really brings us back to the blues roots of the 50s.
