Eko is een Italiaanse fabrikant van elektrische gitaren, akoestische gitaren en soortgelijke instrumenten, met de nadruk op professioneel niveau en de produceerd grotendeels voor de export. Het bedrijf ligt in Recanati.
Eko gitaren waren immens populair tijdens de rock 'n' roll revolutie in de jaren '60 en werd de grootste gitaarexporteur van Europa. De elektrische gitaren waren vaak versierd met parel, hadden 3 of 4 pickups en de herkenbare "rocker" pickup schakelaars. De akoestische modellen waren zeer populair onder country en folk rock bands van eind jaren '60. Eko produceerde ook gitaren voor Vox in de jaren '60 en tot op de dag van vandaag produceren zij nog steeds gitaren.
