Paul Reed Smith / Signature Series - Limited Edition Natural Toner / 1990 / Guitar
This is an amazing example of Paul Reed Smith's early work. As a Signature Limited Edition (224 of 300), it is the first limited series ever made by PRS. This fine instrument is in mint condition and has had one owner since it was purchased "new". It is absolutely breathtaking to look at and a dream to play. The top is gorgeous figured redwood with a brazilian rosewood fret-board. In addition, it has a mahogany neck and chambered mahogany body that makes this guitar extremely light.
Other features include: tune-o-matic bridge, Schaller locking tuners, gold hardware, 5 way rotary switch, bird inlays and a bone nut. The pick-ups are amazingly warm with lots of sustain.
This is truly an investment grade instrument that is a "must" for your collection... More importantly, it "must" be played...
