My Studio Philosophy:


My guitars represent the traditional Spanish type of construction. Yet, there are some special features.
Starting out from a base model, I build each guitar exactly according to the needs of the customer. A specialty about my instruments is the light type of construction. Similar to the building of a glider, the forces inside the guitar are being used for gaining a most convincing sound in lightweight construction under solid stability.
In my guitars everything but the strings is unstressed and relaxed.


I do not just "make" instruments but compose each of them in a loving manner. Aiming for filigree instruments of about 1200-1400 grams with absolute free sound and highest quality of sound, I have to make each detail to go best with the others.
All instruments may be played from the left or from the right side. They have great timbre and selectivity, yet they are resonant and powerful, which those of my customers who perform on stage especially appreciate.
