Bulldog Pickups / Fat P.A.F. / Chrome, Gold Or Nickel / Guitar

All the traditional PAF flavour but with a higher output to drive your amp. The Fat P.A.F is designed to have a thick clear low-end, whilst the alnico V magnet provides a classic midrange with the offset coils adding sweet high end. With the Fat P.A.F. we wanted a pickup that suited a wide range of musical  styles and guitars. The bridge is crunchy and bright but in a Les Paul style guitar it has enough low end even for modern styles. The neck has typical PAF style with a nice mixture of warmth and definition, great for jazz style leads to smooth high gain sweep picking.

Alnico V magnet

Bridge uses 43 AWG Plain Enamel coil wire (scatterwound)

Neck uses 42 AWG Plain Enamel coil wire (scatterwound)

14.5K Bridge

7.8K Neck

Solid nickel silver baseplate

Solid nickel silver cover plated in either nickel (vintage style will age and tarnish), chrome (will not age and tarnish too badly) or Gold (will age and tarnish)
