This beautiful Martin guitar is a Custom Shop Adirondack with Forward-Shifted Bracing. It provides perfect balance and nuances across the entire sound spectrum, which is a dream of a sound with rich basses, muted mids and crystal clear highs, as it allows the top to vibrate even more freely. The flat neck profile has become one of the most popular neck profiles, with a nut width of 4.44 cm, they have met the desire of countless players to simply make the neck more comfortable, which has been absolutely successful. But still, Martin has not changed the DNA. The special wood combination of Adirondack spruce and selected Indian rosewood (of course in full solid construction) testify to the special nature of this instrument. Powerful and always assertive, it nevertheless offers plenty of room to reproduce fine articulations. Simply how one imagines a "special" Martin.
Adirondack Spruce (English: Red Spruce) is considered to be the best tonewood. The Adirondack spruce top used here, as well as the Adirondack bracing, emphasizes the voluminous sound without being obtrusive, and is the non-plus-ultra in guitar making, an excellent response and agility with a vibrational resonance to melt away. In short, the model HD-28 Custom Shop with Adirondack top and bracing is a unique "favorite guitar" from the house of Martin for all players who appreciate a "special sound experience".
The guitar is year of manufacture 2017 and in very good condition. It comes with the original case and custom shop documents.
