Fender / Bandmaster / 1965 / Blackface / Amp

1965 Fender bandmaster.
This Vintage Fender piggyback amp delivers the classic blackface fender sound. Coupled with its original cabinet, the tone is punchy and tight with a big low end that is often associated with these closed cabinets.Due to its dual 6L6 output stage, this amp puts out about 40w, wich is perfect for live situations. The clean sounds are typical Fender: wide open, clear tone with lots of bass and top end. At about 4,5 on the volume dial, a nice compressed crunch starts to take over.
This amp is mostly original except for a view points:
-The cabinet has a replaced 70s-style grillcloth
-The amp has been converted to 220V by adding an extra transformer inside the amp cabinet.
-missing vibrato footswitch
-TAD output tubes, JJ preamp tubes
Speakers are original.
