As quoted by Krist Novoselic in his 1990 Interview during one of the bands Enegetic Performances the speaker grill and one the Speakers of Kurts Twin Reverb was damaged by the Headstock Of Krist's Gibson Victory Bass and had to be replaced, repaired mid tour

Kurt favoured Fender Twin amplifiers based on their glassy like clean tone which was ideally suited for complimenting his preferred Boss DS1 effect pedal and were significant in the creation of Kurt's classic Grunge guitar tone.
