The highest peak model of the highest peak, originally produced by "Mike McGaia" supervised by a selected craftsman in Gibson Custom SHOP, which boasts the highest lineup.
The name of "Custom Crimson" is derived from the custom shop when the order of "ONE OF A Kind" flows to the production line, the red tape that describes the order number linked to the specifications, and the craftman is it. It is said that it can be recognized, and the origin is from this red "Crimson" tape. The supervised "Mike McGaia" launched "Valley Arts" in the 1970s and built a relationship with famous guitar lists such as "Larry Carlton", "Lee Litoner", and "Steve Luca". A legendary craftsman who became a Gibson custom shop in the year.
This L-9 Archtop is the highest arch top model in the modern age, making Gibson, which has been producing arch top guitars since the 1890s. While taking advantage of the traditional arch top model know -how, a beautiful frame maple body top reminiscent of a modern les pole, the side and back use a mahogany, and the thick 50s -style neck adopts a short scale neck.
