A very special 1968 Gibson ES-335 in Sparkling Burgundy, a super rare factory custom colour, presented in overall great vintage condition.
This finish has aged beautifully over years of play, developing a gorgeous patina with nice checking throughout, while the back of the body still retains its original hue. Bonus: it’s also one of the lightest ES-335s we’ve had in years at just 7.5 lbs.
All original aside from:
• Changed tuners
• High E saddle replaced
Includes a non-original hard shell case (NOHSC).
