Among the veterans of American rock, Incubus is one of the bands that have consolidated their major place in minds and charts over the years. This 1964 Gibson SG Junior was part of that energetic rock: it was part of guitarist Mike Einziger's touring arsenal, and he played it on the 2008 "Light Grenades" tour after modifying it.
On recent tours, Mike Einziger has played a 1964 Gibson SG Junior modified to suit his needs. He modified the guitar to compensate for its carpal tunnel and to give it a more versatile profile. An additional P-90 neck pickup and pickup selector were added, while the neck was sanded for ease of use.
Einziger needed a more comfortable guitar for touring after his operation. This beautiful 1964 SG augmented ("special") was signed on the table by Mike Einziger with the inscription "Incubus 2009", having been played on the entire 2008 tour.

Through perseverance, Matthieu managed to open doors that are generally kept well shut and gained access to instruments that were not even supposed to be sold. And true to the principle that the love of music comes first, Matthieu is not the type to prevent a guitarist from enjoying his or her prized jewels.
Out of that desire to share, he finally created the Matt’s Guitar Shop showroom, a special place for selling and trading that gives Paris back its reputation for excellence in the area of beautiful guitars. Inspired and inspiring instruments, which continue to bring beautiful notes to the ears of music lovers.
