This 1968 Hummingbird a real treat for the eye and the ear. It has a beautiful vintage look and that typical tone, where vintage Gibson acoustics are known for.
Wide nut (43 mm or 1 11/16th inch) Hummingbirds are among the most sought after vintage Gibson acoustic guitars and it's rare to find a 1968 model with such a nut width as most of them have a slim neck with a 40 mm nut.

- Serial number, located on the back of the headstock, dates the guitar to 1968
- Original vintage Schaller tuners
- Crown pearl inlay and pearl Gibson logo on the headstock
- Comfortable quite full feeling Mahogany neck with bound Indian Rosewood fretboard with split parallellogram pearl inlays
- Playability is good , action is low, not in need for neck reset
- Nut width 43 mm (1 + 11/16th inch)
- Frets are in good condition with only minimal fret wear
- 14 frets to the body
- 645 mm scale length
- Original sunburst finish, with beautiful cracking
- Top: spruce, no cracks, 7 ply binding
- Back and sides: maple , 5 ply binding
- Original Hummingbird engraved pickguard

If local pick-up is not possible, we ship your guitar. We usually ship with FedEx.

Returns
Merchandise is sold as seen. Please ask all questions and view all pictures thoroughly before purchasing. We do not negotiate price after the sale.
If you have bought through mail order or via website sale which requires the item to be shipped and you are not absolutely happy with your purchase you may return it to the shop, at your own expense, within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund less all applicable shipping charges.
The item must not have been altered or tampered with in any way, and it must arrive in the same condition as it left the shop.
Mojo Guitar will not be held responsible for any issues with shipping agency (loss or damage) in returns.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned item, you will be reimbursed with the total amount you paid for it (minus the shipping fees and a 10 % restocking fee may be applied)
