Gibson / L-30 / 1936 / Black / Guitar

Nice small archtop manufactured between the years of 1935 to 1943, this one is from 1936 (The B in the FON-number is stamped inside), good condition with a few blemishes in the finish as you might expect from an old piece like this. One of the bracings is removed but the structure remains intact and is not affected by this. Bridge, tailpiece, pickguard and pickguard-mount is all original. Golden Age tuning machines from StewMac. A black Shadow pickup has been added to the bridge position for some sweet electric tones. The hole where the lower strap button was has been extended and an output jack has been put in its place. The tailpiece has also been drilled in to fit the output jack.

In the store there is a constantly changing exhibition of stringed instruments from all ages and manufacturers, some call it a museum where everything is for sale.

The store is based on a vision that began full-time in 1997 and today, 25 years later, we are one of the the most famous vintage guitar shops in Northern Europe.
