This is the 3-channel, 100 watt Marshall that does everything. Green channel delivers pristine clean to pushed clean tones. Yellow channel is the Crunch channel, but can be very chimey and sparkling to a very vintage sounding crunch monster, a la AC/DC or some of the great rock tones of similar era. The Red channel is the high-gain Lead channel. Endless sustain, controlled feedback, thick, singing lead notes, pinch harmonics, hammer-ons, this channel does all of it. Each channel has its own set of controls for precise tone contouring no matter what channel you use. 2 assignable effects loops, mix controls for varying the wet/dry signal amounts, built in Accutronics spring reverb with its own control, tons of tone shaping options.
One of the best things about this amp is the VPR (Virtual Power Reduction) button, which switches this amp down to 25 watts with literally no tone loss. It's an amazingly very cool!
