Santa Cruz / Firefly / 2016 / Guitar

This Santa Cruz Firely from 2016 is one of the smallest guitars in our shop together with the Atkin troubadour and Martin Dreadnought junior. As time goes by and more and more guitars pass your hands, you'll learn small guitars can have a big mouth, and that certainly goes for this small Santa Cruz Firefly. It features a gorgeous and darkened cedar top and Indian Rosewood back and Sides, it's loud and provides a powerful tone that is best described as warm and clear, it doesn't mind picking, or strumming, and is a great friend when played fingerstyle. It's just what you want it to be, a perfect friend in any situation, the ideal singer songwriter guitar when you are sitting at the kitchen table or on a Hotel bed. It combines excellent separation and definition. It's not a 'Cheap' Santa Cruz because it's smaller, no, it undergone the same meticulous Santa Cruz tap tuning procedure, and must be considered a very serious guitar that is excellent for recording also. It's a darn beautiful guitar to, shaped like the Santa Cruz F, and Firely is just the right name for it, all the features are equally luxurious with bound ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge, bound headstock with Ebony gloss peghead and pearl SCGC inlay, Delta Gotoh 510 tuners, 610mm (24") scale length, 43.5mm (1 23/32") width at the nut, 55mm(2 1/8") stringspacing at the saddle, and it only weighs 1.45kg (3.2LBS) with 14 frets to the body. ABOUT US

I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
