Getting very scarce & hard to find is this groovie mini upright travel bass, its sunburst finish is still very clean showing only the slightest areas around the seams starting to open, but nothing serious at all, its fretless fingerboard is clean & very playable, its headstock is typically flaking from bits of finish like all of these did, its pickup & bridge system seems excellent but could use some cleaning up & a set of new strings, the only problem is it is missing the extension leg that slips out to raise it up to a standing position, as of now it is best used in a sitting position, I’m sure one could be made to use on it if needed at a reasonable cost, overall she’s excellent & could be a cool addition to any bass collection or used by any players wanting that acoustic tone, it has no gig bag.
