Fender / Stratocaster / 1954 / Sunburst / Guitar
Welcome to JTKM Vintage Guitars.
Here I have a stunning, first year of production, 1954 Fender Stratocaster, complete with its original tweed central compartment case, tremolo arm and bridge cover. If that isn't enough, this piece used to belong to Eric Johnson and comes with a photograph of Eric playing this distinctive Sunburst beast! With this one being 99.9% original, this is the holy grail for any Fender collector.
Externally this one is stunning with a highly flames and figures neck, both on the front and back. The one piece swamp ash body is something to behold and the 54 neck is carved perfectly with a very full feel. There is no touch to the finish anywhere.
The neck dates to November 1954 and the pots (Stackpole branded) date to the 35th week of 1954. All electrics and soldering are original, untouched and fully functional.
The only minor changes are the knobs (originals included in the case), tremolo arm switch tip and pickup selector tip (both included), and also the bridge pickup cover. The rest of the Stratocaster is completely stock original.
If you are wanting the finest example of a 1954 Fender Stratocaster on the market, here it is with the added coolest of it previously belonging to Eric Johnson.
Ships worldwide with UPS and will be hand delivered into the EU.
