A fantastic example of a 1972 Hand wired JMP Super Lead with original transformers and Plexi tones. It's in good condition for the year with only minor tolex scuffs and tears to the corners. The tolex, domed feet, handle and badge all seem to be original. Possibly a small amount of black paint on the ends of the head box, see pictures.

The hand wired tag board looks to be very original with lots of the joints still having the red shellac, with just a few new solders showing service parts that have been changed. The Mustard cap date codes A1, 1st quarter of 1971. 

The head currently has Marshall branded ECC83's and Marshall branded EL34 power valves. 

The original Drake 1209-3 main power transformer is present, as is the Drake 1201-99 output transformer and original choke. 

The sticker on the chassis shows that it had its final inspection at the factory on 17/03/1972.
