Mike Vanden Guitars And Mandloins / 335 / 1990 / Sunburst / Guitar For Sale

Stunning example of expanding on the form, Mike Vanden’s take on the classic Gibson semi hollow design is a head turner. Carved Curly Maple top and back and centre block, Ebony fretboard over a carbon fibre reinforced maple neck , Seymour Duncan pickups, this guitar has it all with looks to match.

The guitar is in excellent condition with only slight wear on the frets and no signs of any damage or wear to the body or neck. The sunburst really makes this guitar stand out.

By the admission of the current owner, the guitar has been sitting in its case for a while so there are some signs of minor corrosion on some of the hardware though this is only slight.

The guitar comes with a Calton hardshell case which in itself cost around £1,200.

Sonically this guitar sounds great, amplified or not. There is an inherent sustain and sweet tone that translates to the amplified sound so wonderfully. Both pickups are well balanced making this guitar a joy to play.

Inspired by a classic, handmade in Scotland, what more do you want...?
